Causes: User Mistake.
Background: The user accidentaly deleted the files and then used various recovery software to try and recover the data.
Resolution: The drive belongs to the SMR category. These drives will automatically convert the deleted data to zeroes.
We applied a new technique that allows us to manipulate correctly the 2nd translator, that results in reading good data.
